Rules for Specific Stores

The following stores have additional specific rules to process a refund fro their store:

Online Purchases: Make sure the Sales Tax is for Texas (8.25%) and that the purchase date on the receipt is within 30 days of your departure date.  

Amazon: We currently only refund purchases sold directly by Amazon. For 3rd party retailers that sell through Amazon, we refund the taxes after we have collected the total from the seller.

Best Buy: If paying with a credit / debit card, the name on the Best Buy receipt must match with the name on the card that was used.
